Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health strategist and founder and CEO of Behavioral Health Tech, the largest community advancing access to mental health and substance use services through technology, health equity, and innovation.

Previously, she was founding director of The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, funding over 100 community-based organizations supporting LGBTQ+ teens and adolescents of color. She is co-chair of Pivotal Ventures’ youth mental health council, an Aspen Health Fellow, and a Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute Senior Fellow.
