Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty, engagement and CLV. As a health care and loyalty strategist, she has worked with and for health care plans to support profitable member engagement. Previously at Aetna, she led Consumer Initiatives, developing and implementing member-centric strategies to improve health plan awareness, engagement, optimal usage, retention, and positive health outcomes. She has often written on the topic of health care and loyalty, sharing how a focus on the member/patient can not only improve health, but also drive positive bottom-line results.

Stephanie has her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her MBA in Health Administration and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
