Suzanna-Grace Tritt, FSA, CERA, MAAA

Suzanna-Grace Tritt FSA, CERA, MAAA, Senior Consulting Actuary joined Wakely in 2016. She has more than 15 years of actuarial experience, primarily focused on government-sponsored managed care programs, including Medicaid and Medicare. Suzanna-Grace has many years of experience in Medicare Advantage Star Ratings, developing Wakely tools to quantify and project measure rates, cut points, and contract-level Star Ratings. She has certified Medicare Advantage plans, including general enrollment, dual-SNP, and chronic-SNP plans.

Suzanna-Grace has extensive experience in Medicaid capitation rate-setting, certifying rates in multiple states. She has advised and assisted states as they make changes to their Medicaid expansion plans through 1115 waivers and quantified the financial cost of several large state-directed payment programs. She has also developed tools for Medicaid premium assistance programs, helping to determine the cost-effectiveness of employer-sponsored insurance plans for Medicaid-eligible enrollees. In addition, Suzanna-Grace has developed clinical algorithms to identify medically frail populations through claims data and clinician assessment. Suzanna-Grace has worked as an actuary since 2005.
