Troy Brice

Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer, UCare

Troy is currently the Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer for UCare.

He is responsible for leading UCare’s efforts to improve the overall member experience, customer service, community and member engagement as well as its philanthropic efforts through the UCare Foundation.  Prior to his current role with UCare Troy was the Vice President and Associate Vice President of Customer Service.  Before joining UCare Troy held various leadership roles in Customer Service and Operations for Aetna Better Health/CVS Health, Centene, Home Depot and Verizon.
