As the Associate Director of the Associate Well-being Experience at Humana, Whitney sponsors the in-person and virtual care delivery options for Humana associates. Whitney joined Humana in 2006 and has spent the past decade driving strategic and tactical achievement around associates’ well-being needs. Her contributions include initiatives to increase member and provider engagement, simplifying and personalizing the experience with company benefits and expanding associate access to quality care. Whitney holds a Master’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and is a certified Project Management Professional and Senior Human Resource Manager.
