Zach Snyder
Vice President of Government Affairs, Quest Analytics
Zach leads government affairs strategy for Quest Analytics, which includes working with directly state and federal regulatory agencies that oversee health plans; advocating for effective regulation of provider network adequacy; and analyzing wide ranging health policy. Prior to working for Quest Analytics, Zach held similar government affairs leadership roles with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Willamette Dental Group, and the Washington State Dental Association.
In addition to his work with Quest, Zach is an adjunct instructor at Bellevue College and Bastyr University where he teaches courses on the US health care system and legal and regulatory aspects of health care. He earned his J.D. and M.P.A. from Seattle University School of Law
