AHIP Letter on 21st Century Cures

Ahead of the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s mark-up on 21^st Century Cures, AHIP issued the following statement regarding proposed Medicare Part D changes that would be used as a pay-for as part of the legislative package. AHIP strongly opposes the provision and the bill moving forward with its inclusion.
