Over the past year, Sagility has been working to integrate GenAI tools into all of our front- and back-office BPaaS offerings. While the customer facing aspects of GenAI use have been getting a lot of attention, we have found a number of use cases where GenAI tools can help in the back-office work done for health plans. We will look at our use of GenAI in medical record and call transcript comprehension, automated pre-authorization rules navigation, and contract and care guidelines ingestion. The combination of the capabilities of LLMs with our integrated solutions allows Sagility to move beyond proof of concept right into usable technologies. Attendees will learn how to bring in end to end insights to enhance care for health plan member by using GenAI for various functions.
The Sagility team will highlight the clinical and non-clinical use of GenAI. We will outline the general uses of LLMs for front- and back-office use and demonstrate how we use these tools to streamline the processing of medical records, summarizing call transcripts, interpreting provider contracts and care guidelines, and how we pair a LLM model with a Rules Engine to automate substantial parts of the pre-authorization process. We will explain the technology and demonstrate the usage of our tools in context.
