Safety and Security Measures
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. AHIP is taking steps to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Visible Security Presence
At AHIP 2025, you will see a strong security presence throughout the event. Additional security checks and screenings will be conducted to enhance safety.
Registration Requirements
To ensure a seamless and organized experience for all attendees, all participants are required to pre-register for the event. Please note the following registration policy details:
- Pre-Registration Requirement: All attendees must complete their registration prior to the event. Registration will close on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
- Onsite registration is not available.
- A unique email address with company or organization affiliation is required for each registrant.
- You must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge on-site.
- You will not be able to pick up badges on behalf of anyone else. Group badge pick up is not available.
Security Screening For Entry
Please note that 100% of event attendees, including vendors, will undergo security screening prior to entering the event space and upon reentry. AHIP will be using state-of-the-art screening technology to expedite entry, but we ask that you allow extra time to go through security. All bags may be subject to search by qualified security personnel. To ensure a seamless and organized experience for all attendees, we ask that you take note of the following:
- Luggage, luggage carts and wheeled bags of any size will not be permitted to enter the event space.
- Firearms, explosives, and other types of weapons are strictly prohibited. This includes guns, knives, and any other potentially dangerous objects.
Bag Check
- No Bag Check in Event Space: There will be no bag check in the event space.
- Guests at the Wynn: You may check your bags at the Bell Stand.
- Guests at other hotels: Please check your bags at your respective hotel, as the Wynn can only accommodate its own guests.
