Wynn Las Vegas is just over five miles from the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is just a few miles off the Las Vegas Strip, making it the main airport for arrival into the city. How to Book a Room
Please book directly with the Wynn Las Vegas. AHIP does not work with any outside companies to provide housing details. See additional details in the “Potential Fraud Alert” section below.

Please note there is a charge of $50.00 per room, per night for each additional guest over double occupancy. These rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and subject to change.
Hotel Reservation deadline is Wednesday, May 8, 2024, or when the room block has sold out (whichever comes first).
Rooms at these rates are being held for arrival on Sunday, June 9, 2024, and departure on Friday, June 14, 2024, with peak availability for arrival on Monday, June 10, 2024, and departure Friday, June 14, 2024. This is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability. Space is limited. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The AHIP contracted group rate is available to AHIP conference attendees only.
Requesting a Sub-Block of Rooms (30 rooms or more)
Any company needing to reserve 30 rooms or more for your group should obtain approval from AHIP staff prior to booking. Please email Elaine Powell at epowell@ahip.org to request a Sub-Block form.

Resort Fees
Wynn Las Vegas has a resort fee of $35.00 plus tax per (13.38%) night. The resort fee includes:
- Access to the fitness center for two people
- In-Room internet access: four (4) devices per room
- Unlimited local, domestic, long distance and toll-free calls
- Access to more than 5,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines
- Priority access to Wynn nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn Concierge
Deposits and Cancellations
All room reservations must be accompanied by a first and last night’s deposit guaranteed with a major credit card. If a deposit is made with anything other than a credit card, the deposit must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made. All credit cards utilized for deposit purposes will be charged when the deposit is made. If a reservation is cancelled within twenty-one (21) to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the individual will forfeit the deposit of the first and last night’s stay. If a reservation is cancelled within thirteen (13) days prior to arrival, the individual will be charged the entire length of the stay.

Please be aware that housing poachers may contact conference attendees and exhibitors about booking hotel rooms for AHIP 2024.

AHIP will communicate primarily through email regarding AHIP 2024 hotel reservations, which should be made through a secure link, provided by AHIP and we will not request credit card numbers over the phone. We currently use the hotel’s room reservation portal for hotel reservations. AHIP has not endorsed any private companies other than Wynn Las Vegas to act on our behalf. AHIP is not responsible for any housing reservations made through any provider other than through Wynn Las Vegas directly.
If you have made hotel reservations and provided a credit card number to any company, please call your credit card company immediately and request that they investigate the charge.
Driving Directions
Exit I-15 at Spring Mountain Road East. Wynn Las Vegas is on the Northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Spring Mountain Road.
Taxi Service
Taxi service is regulated by the Nevada Taxicab Authority, a Nevada State agency responsible for issuing medallions and setting fares. The cost from the airport to Wynn Las Vegas should be about $30.00 (Zone 3) plus one dollar ($1.00) fuel surcharge.
All taxi companies accept credit cards. The maximum number of passengers in any cab is six (6), including infants and children.
Travel Tip: Remember to jot down the cab company, vehicle number and driver’s name when traveling to and from the airport just in case you leave something behind.
Shuttle/Limo Services To and From the Property
Please call Concierge at (702) 770-7070 to assist you with airport shuttle booking and daily schedules. For your convenience, taxis are available 24 hours a day at Wynn main valet and Encore main entrance.
Parking Information at Wynn Las Vegas
Self-park garages are located off Las Vegas Blvd. for both Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Self-parking at our resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore Resort and Tower Suite registered guests, subject to availability. For non-registered guests the daily parking fee is $20.00 per day, with the first three (3) hours free.
Valet Parking is $40 per day up to 24-hours (no grace period, no -re-entry). Non-registered guests are charged the applicable daily fee each time they use valet parking and have no re-entry privileges. Prices may be higher during special events.
Valet parking is complimentary for Wynn and Encore Tower Suites registered guests, Private Access guests, Delilah patrons and Wynn Rewards members in the Chairman and Black Tiers.
