Medicaid Redeterminations

Our Position

Medicaid is an essential part of American health care, helping improve the health and financial security of more than 90 million Americans, including millions of children, Americans ages 65+, people with disabilities, and more than 2 million veterans.

As states begin to redetermine the eligibility of Medicaid enrollees following the COVID-19 crisis, health insurance providers are taking important steps to mitigate gaps in coverage and ensure Americans maintain continuous access to health care.

Connecting to Coverage Coalition

Tthe CCC is a national coalition committed to being a single source of trusted information about the Medicaid redetermination process. The CCC will also work to convene stakeholders to support information sharing, build on best practices, and develop solutions to ensure Americans are able to enroll in coverage that is right for themselves and their families.
